BF1113 product is a starch-filled polyethylene modified masterbatch, which is a plant-derived starch to replace petrochemical resources of polyethylene, which has the characteristics of smooth and hygienic flexible surface of polyethylene, and the addition of starch gives the product partial biodegradation characteristics. With its high starch filling and excellent processing and physical properties, the product is suitable for the addition of traditional polyethylene products, and the final product can completely replace traditional plastic packaging bags, such as shopping bags, tote bags, courier bags, garbage bags, drawstring bags, etc.
Using BF1113 products to blend with polyethylene on the blown film production line, it is recommended that the addition amount of BF1113 is 10-60wt%, and the blown film processing temperature is 165-175 °C.
